Description of fixed boom BMU
This is a crane like roof car system running on the track on the building roof. The gondola is suspended from the end of the boom which fetches out of the roof. It is better to make the track as close as possible to the parapet so that the gondola can easily get to every corner of the facade. The system is electric driven.
